Exhibitions 1980-2030

Here are some exhibition highlights from Pia MYrvoLD work as an artist, curator, and producer.  Her work explores the intersections of art, technology, fashion, and architecture. Since the early 1980s, she has developed an international practice spanning painting, installation, new media, interactive environments, and smart sculptures, often working simultaneously as artist, curator, and producer.

 

Since moving to Paris in early 90-ies, she has presented solo shows, curated and produced projects. Important milestones are the 3 independent pavilions and exhibitions in the context of the Venice Biennale 2011, 2013 and 2019, the group and solo show in Centre Pompidou Paris, 2004 and 2014, her exhibition series The Metamorphoses of the Virtual, K11 Art Foundation, a group show in PACE Beijing both 2014, and numerous museums and festivals in Europe, North America, and Asia with installations, solo shows in various media.
